At StreamIPTV4K (accessible at streamiptv4k.site), we are committed to protecting the privacy, security, and personal data of our visitors, customers, and prospects across the United Kingdom and internationally. This Privacy Policy details our practices concerning data collection, transmission, and retention.
1. Data Controller Information
The designated data controller responsible for your personal data under UK GDPR is:
StreamIPTV4K Operations
1 Lancaster Rd, Blackpool FY3 9SR, United Kingdom
Contact Email: [email protected]
Direct WhatsApp Support: +1 819-509-9400
2. Information We Collect
To provision, maintain, and support your streaming subscription, we collect limited personal details strictly necessary for operational delivery:
- Contact Identifiers: Name, email address, and WhatsApp contact number provided during trial or subscription order requests.
- Technical Credentials: Generated username, randomized password, and M3U playlist identifier for media player authentication.
- Transaction Records: Payment transaction confirmation IDs and timestamps (we do not process or store raw payment card data on our servers).
- Network Logs: Anonymous aggregate server throughput metrics and approximate geolocation (country level) for load-balancing CDN routing.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal information under the lawful basis of contract execution (delivering your active IPTV service) and legitimate operational interests (protecting our European CDN relays against DDoS attacks and brute-force intrusion attempts).
4. Data Retention and Third-Party Disclosure
We uphold a strict zero-sharing policy: we never sell, lease, or monetize customer data to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Customer details are retained solely for the duration of the active subscription cycle, after which inactive account credentials may be permanently expunged upon request.
5. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
Under UK data protection law, you possess enforceable rights including the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"). To exercise any of these rights, contact our legal desk at [email protected].
